EC at Kreuth: Gerold Dautzenberg wins Amateur Cowhorse, Philipp-Martin Haug both Open classes

In Amateur Working Cowhorse, Austrian Gerold Dautzenberg won another two medals for his country. He rode his Jays Story to the European Champion title in this class and also won the bronze medal with Smart Rip. Freckles Lucky Luke and Roman Fabisch received silver. Later on the 70-year-old multiple European Champion, who lives in St. Poelten close to Vienna, won silver and bronze in Senior Working Cowhorse with Jays Story resp. Smart Rip.
Main River’s Rooster Bunny becomes European Champion Junior Working Cowhorse
Both Open Junior Working Cowhorse Champions were shown bei Philipp-Martin Haug, who had already dominated the first go rounds. The trainer who lives and trains near Berlin, Germany, rode Rooster Bunny to the European Champion title and A Smarty Pants to the silver medal. Rooster Bunny is an own daughter of Rooster out of a Doc Olena mare and was bred by Johannes Orgeldinger’s Main River Ranch. Bronze went to Jackie Starlight and Alex Tuzakov.
Slidin On Diamonds wins Senior Working Cowhorse Open for the third time!
Slidin On Diamonds becomes European Champion Senior Cowhorse Open for the third time!
Astride Wolfgang Dalick’s Slidin On Diamonds, Philipp also won Gold in Senior Working Cowhorse. It was the third time in a row, that this great stallion (by Little Bo Badger) that was bred in Texas, won the title in this show. Slidin On Diamonds was trained by Haug all these years becoming High Point Horse, World Show Qualifier and Superior Cowhorse.
